Isn't he still getting on the bench for WHU?

He also spouted this in July/August too didn't he?

I don't think Armstrong is going back, and we can't compete with Leeds in terms of wages.

We probably couldnt guarantee him starts, that would probably effect us getting him on loan too. Wouldnt start him ahead of Winnall or Bradshaw at the minute.

Hard to see why folk have a problem with other clubs players, going to other clubs. All seems very petty.
Good look to Leeds and Ben for that matter, they've done well this season.

    I'd personally rather have Bradshaw.

Too many people on here are blinded by hatred when it comes to Leeds, and the best part about that is they don't care for us at all. I don't care about Leeds, if they win or lose it has no affect on me.

Fletcher wouldn't get a start? Blimey. He'd waltz straight into our starting XI for me. Class act. Big, strong, good in the air, can play with back to goal or with ball at feet, fast and a great finisher. Brilliant player.

He is a very good player, just dont think we should be looking to drop Bradshaw or Winnall at the moment. Especially under current form.

It will affect you if they get promotion and you walk into Tescos at Stairfoot or Morrisons at CortonWood and there is a sea of Leeds shirts walking about.
    Same applies to Wendy.
A bit less for the Blunts.

    Makes mi blood boil !!!

It would be harsh to drop one of them but Fletcher is a better player than either of them. Id start him if we had him. Its not a problem we need to worry about though as he isn't coming here in Jan, and I would be quite surprised if he goes to Leeds either - he is on the bench most games for West Ham and even getting on some of the time, less so now Carroll is fit but if I was Bilic I wouldn't be expecting Carroll to last the season out without another injury, he seems as fragile as our Aidy

Our club shop hasn't had replica shirt stock for months. People like to wear football shirts. So if we see more Leeds shirts because people around town can't buy one for us it's the fault of the club.

Not that he's coming but him and Winnall would clearly be first choice.

He's a far better all-round player than Bradshaw.

I think we're possibly overestimating him , I don't dislike him , but for me he only looked good the last three or four games for us ( I accept he is young and learning ) .
He might turn out to be a great player , but I'm not sure he'd be worth shelling big money out to compete with Leeds .

It's nothing against Leeds but wouldn't want him to score at Oakwell on 21st

And you know this how, from 6 months in League 1, in an inform team. Loved Fletch while he was here and I'll never forget the two Wembley goals he scored but slagging off one of our own who's held up very well this season is a bit silly.
