The only good thing to come out of MK Dons, showing Ross Barkley how to live up to the hype.

One of them came through a premiership academy whereas one of them came from lower leagues. Goes to show that the club you start out at has no bearing on how good a footballer you are.

It's like these kids at Chelsea and United. They get bigged up so much they think they're amazing. When in reality, despite having the best coaches, facilities and training, they've actually achieved sod all.

Then you get idiots like Solanke at Chelsea thinking he's worth £50k a week!! Makes you laugh!

It's why I love this club more than ever. People like Conor, Winnall and especially Yiadom, Roberts and McDonald. No surprise as these boys are stepping up into premierleague over next couple of years, majority of these kids will drop like rocks down the pyramid.

Hit the nail on the head, doesn't matter where you come from, it matters where you are and how you play. This Tottenham team will win the league if they keep hold of Pochettino, maybe not this year but soon, next 2-3 years.

He's kept the premiership title race going abit longer as well because if Chelski won tonight they would have taken some catching.

Dele Alli - a beautiful footballer
That's nowt to do with how he looks - that's to do with how he sort of loves and caresses the ball with a very silky smooth touch
    Beautiful to watch

    Tony Currie - esque

Spurs might take some stopping now they've got Kane and Dembele back fit.

They've been notoriously tight at the back all season, and with one of their more creative players, and their biggest goal threat back from injury, they could eat into that lead Chelsea have established.

I was just thinking how anonymous Alli had been last night when he popped up with the first goal. BTW I thought Pochettino's tactics last night were spot on and the team had learned from their loss of composure at Stanford Bridge last season. Terrific demonstration of how to control an outstanding team by matching their formation, controlling the ball, passing generally well etc. it was not a classic, but, if you like quality chess-games, last night's was very engaging. This promises to be the best Premiership contest for some years in my opinion, provided that the refs don't keep giving Man U a helping hand. I thought their tactics v West Ham were abysmal and unimaginative. Even against ten men, they looked as though they were just trying to see out the game. little flair, other than Rashford, who showed what enthusiasm and commitment gains in comparison with over-paid lethargy.
