Last time I went to Blackpool that ground of theirs was like a ploughed field never seen one as bad in following Barnsley for 60 years and must have been in 70 grounds.

I've always enjoyed bloomfield road it's my most visited ground exept oakwell. But now like mk dons I won't go unless it's the cup I won't be buying food or drink Saturday. I would get involved if we started a anti oysten chant.... shame he has spoiled a similar size club to ours with a good history. Hope they get their club back

Basically next to the ground is the council biggest car park, just park on the opposite side of the ground. No idea on price but gonna be nest bet for you. Once parked if you fancy a quick pint then the no1 club is just by the lights going away from ground, or if you don't fancy here head to the lights and right you have the old bridge and left you have Albert and lion, auctioneer and dog and partridge.

    Enjoy chaps

It's my left arm that's not working. Thank God I'm right-handed.

No worries mate. We need to stick together when people like that attack the things we love.

And when we took 30k to Wembley. I guarantee we'd get thousands more if we got to the prem again

it is a shame whats happening to blackpool fc though, this is an odd set up and ive never heard of that before where the away fans get asked not to buy things at the match.

You'd be buggered with just one stand in the Prem, who funded the rest of the stadium and the temporary stand?

i doubt very much he built the stands out of the goodness of his own heart. ive got a feeling he built them to cram as many in as possible to make himself even more money.

Sorry the north and west were only built as the club got grants from the FL, I'm not saying oystons never part funded but I doubt the stands would have been done without the grants. Tbf the oystons did fund the 'temp' east, but they had to as otherwise we couldn't go in the prem and I'm sure the 11m they took out of the club on getting to the prem more that helped!

hey orange, and it IS orange and not tangerine believe me ;)
all the best after your cup tie with us. despite all the sentiment for your fans, i still want nothing but the best for my own Tyketastic team lol.
just out of interest though, your still in the hunt for promotion this season arent you, and our neighbours Donny might prove to be a bit of a nuisance!!

Wow. Never seen anything like that! Feel so sorry for you all. We are blessed at the moment to have the polar opposite at Barnsley, fan as the Chairman, fan as the manager, although in the 2000s in administration with the likes of Ridsdale we had our moments. Nothing on the scale of this though, and I've never seen anything like it. The FA is disgraced for not dealing with this.
