His Dad Alun started off at Newcastle but moved to Stockport and then arguably showed his best form when he played
at a higher level for Middlesbrough. Who knows the lad might improve with a couple more years on his back.?
At the moment unfortunately his form is fitful and he appears to be a luxury we can ill afford.

It is purely speculation on my part Marlon - no reason to believe there's anything in it at all. I'd take him back though. Paired with a big man I think he'd be a better player

He is a bit marmite by looks .
I saw some glimpses of a decent player last season but he did seem to go missing during games.
Whether that's because he needed a different partner or not I don't know but if it comes to pass that he returns then it's clearly obvious Hecky thinks he can work with him and bring the player he sometimes promises to be to the fore.
I trust Hecky's decision on whether he can work with a player or not whether it's to release kpekawa or bring in Armstrong or let Williams go to MK

Opinions eh! I thought he was gutless and lazy.

Scored a couple of great goals but offered little else.

I'll admit he would need to improve like. But think gutless and lazy is a tad over the top. Then again i am in the minority it seems on this one!

Having said that, I was at the end of season dinner when he won the goal of the season award and was disappointed with what he said. I thought he was a bit disrespectful towards us. It seemed to suggest a poor attitude to me so remembering that, it's a no for me too.

If we were going to bring in a Ashley Ward, Neil Shipperley type of front man to work defenders then yeah, I'd have him back and would also hold higher hopes for Bradshaw for next season.

It's only my opinion but I think I put more effort in climbing the stairs to their seat than he ever did on the pitch

All the players interviewed were positive and seemed to understand that being upbeat and positive was the right thing to do that night. When asked how he'd enjoyed being with us he didn't say a lot, just mumbled a few words. I put that down to the fact that he may be nervous or perhaps just not a very good public speaker. But he was then asked about the game at Newcastle and how he thought that would go. I'd have expected him to perhaps avoid the question but he clearly said he expected Newcastle to win. And when asked about next season he gave a one line answer - something like "I'll be back at Newcastle." Maybe he's not very clever but more diplomatic answers would have been advisable.
The audience reaction to him was very muted as a result.
