Just been to club shop to collect my season ticket, thought I'd treat mi sen to a couple of new shirts(both away white and blue un's) Didn't have either in XL,said new orders were coming end of Sept/Oct. Jesus, first home game of season and no XL shirts left? That club shop is a joke!!!

The club once went into admin because it carried too much stock, do you want that to happen again?

Can people stop wanting BFC to do stuff that other club's manage to do without a second thought. Honestly.

Due to a dry spring/summer there has been a poor crop of both blue and white nylon so that might explain it.

It's the simple things they can't get right though.God knows how many fans go during the season to buy a shirt and end up leaving because they haven't got any left or the right sizes.Nearly £100 I would've spent on 2 shirts today,Wouldn't mind if it was late in the season but to run out of shirts in August is an absolute joke!

We've had the same problems with the shop under the Don, Mansford, Brown and now Gauthier. There's been one constant throughout though.

While we're on with the club.

I've been trying to book for a meal and to sit in a box for the Leeds game. Something like £90 a head and wanting to do it for my Dad's birthday. I've emailed the commercial inbox (where they tell you to on the site). No response. Filled out the enquiry form on the site and got no response. Tweeted the club and got no response. In the job that i'm in, it's not all that easy to ring up and enquire during working hours. Anyone have any suggestions?

But yet again, piss poor that that i've had no response on 3 different channels. Could be £270 down the drain for them.

I fail to believe you've had no response. I work in the same office and trust me, no calls or emails are ignored.

PM me your details and I will personally pass this on to the commercial team. Cheers.

I can't say anything regards the kits because I honestly haven't a clue.

And the fixture cards and posters arrived today. We delayed both because this summer it was decided that any fixture changes would be resolved very early. Something fans have cried out for. So we had to wait until they'd been set in stone. Ideally they'd have been ready last week but it wasn't to be.

You have my apologies on behalf of the club for any issues. We try our best.

Having searched the website, it said to email the commercial address. See screenshots for emails and tweets which got no response. Also sent a query through the online form asking if the commercial address was the right route and got no reply.

Forwarded the message onto hospitality address now. Thanks for your help.
