Might be worth updating the site with the email you provided?

So, not only have you been ignored on the 3 mediums you tried but then been accused of lying via a fan's bulletin board. Nice. I appreciate that Whitey did then help but that could have been done with a simple apology and providing of the hospitality address, there was no need for the 'I fail to believe you've had no response' comment when clearly you weren't making it up.

I was told to build the commercial site inside the official website. Ergo no longer using the old commercial site. This has obviously not been communicated appropriately to fans. You have my apologies for that.

But yeah, all the relevant details regards commercial and hospitality at Oakwell is now within the official website via a Commercial drop down tab.

I will endeavour to end any confusion regards this once I get an opportunity.

    Cheers.

This stock will have nothing to do with GG -order is placed in the previous season going on last year's sales

I didn't accuse him of lying. I said I failed to believe he'd have been ignored like that. That's an opinion. Because I know people are never ignored.

It is now clear that the switch from an external commercial website to one that sits inside the official website has not been appropriately advertised to fans. Something I will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible.

They ran out of shirts in August last year as well. If they keep going on the previous years sales they're always going to run out in August.

Not really all that arsed tbh. He said he'd be surprised if that was the case and I proved that it was the case. He's provided me with the right email address, I've had a reply from hospitality and now looks like my Dad's birthday present is sorted.

What is poor is the address being wrong (how many people would bother to chase it up having not had a reply?) and the fact that I had no reply from the Commercial Twitter and the submission form on the website. However, I have confidence that Whitey will be looking into all these mistakes and rectifying them.

Are you sure? The online shop says we are sold out of a lot of sizes.
    Out of stock of
    Home:
    XL
    4XL
    Medium long sleeve
    7-8 year old child

    Away:
    M
    L
    XL
    XXL
    3XL
    4XL
    M long sleeve
    L long sleeve

    3rd shirt:
    All adult sizes

In fact as an adult who wears XL I cannot buy a goalkeeper shirt of any colour, I cannot buy a home shirt, I cannot buy an away shirt, I cannot buy a 3rd shirt and I cannot buy a training shirt

That's how It's done - ordered the year before - still nothing to do with GG

The old commercial website is nothing I can alter. It's gone. Dead. I was told to build everything commercial into the new website and so I did. And the email has since changed to hospitality@barnsleyfc.co.uk so of course, if these changes haven't been appropriately relayed to fans, there's an issue.

    That is probably my error.

I will look to rectify it, or at least try and make sure others don't come across similar issues.

Glad you've got in touch with the team. Hope your dad has a great day out.

Because I care about doing things right, mate. Occasionally we will fail on that, for whatever reason, such is life.
