Was summed up by the drunk bloke behind me.

"Get right into him, like he's a [insert expletive for female genetalia]"

We've got no steel. Moncur, Potts, little Williams, even 6 foot odd Jackson winning no headers. Not tackling, not making an effort to win the ball. The only players on the field who looked like they wanted to win possession were Hammill and Bradshaw.

Say what you will about Hammill but he encapsulates what we were about back end of 15/16 season. Hard working, fast paced, attacking football. Plays tricky balls in, always got his heart in it.

It just makes me sad to see a team standing there not fighting for the ball and then getting frustrated when you get muscled off the ball and Ipswich nick the winner.

I saw lots of positives in first 30 minutes, as has been said, but we went to pot. Hecky has to take the blame for taking Bradshaw off. Straight swap for Ugbo who, for all his qualities, did no good on his own. Payne looked useful, but we sacrificed Hedges for him who was my MoTM.

IMO, subs should have been: Ugbo on for Potts, pull Williams up next to Moncur: 442, then Barnes on for Hammill.

I agree re: Hammill (my MoM today) and the subs that were, quite frankly, bewildering.

What's with the daft short corners and free kicks as well? Not one paid off today did it?

Apart from when Hammill put in Moncur with that backheel that saw his shot saved on the line.
