A lot of players will get the mentions today, Cavare Pinnock Fryers Williams Thiam Isgrove will get a lot of credit today on here, twitter or wherever but people won't mention Moncur.

The ability of the guys amazing. The ability to run with the ball at such a speeds pretty much unprecedented in this side. For he's the quickest players on the ball.

He's got to be let free and given the chance to roam in that more attacking role of Attacking midfield for me. If we can give him this chance then I really think we'll get the best out of a very talented player.

A lot of chat about the future up in the SOL and on the way up. What have you heard on the transfers, do you think we will sign this sort of player, that sort of player or this player.

But I was thinking a team at the end of January.

It might sound really half but I'd be looking for a really top end GK, CB, CM, ST then add to the squad out wide.

We need to stop with the 442, it's failure and yet again it's more points for the 1 upfront option which produced every win we've had this season.

    ---------***********
    RB ******** LCB Fryers
    Williams *********
    Isgrove Moncur Thiam
    ----------********

    RB, either Cavare or McCarthy
    LCB Lindsey or Pinnock

Goalkeeper. I've done a few threads on this

    CB. Mawson type. Classy

CM. Box to box. Drinkwater type

    ST. Ashley Fletcher type.

Just before you grasshopper onto a new subject; have you any comments to make on the research done on your claims about ten match winless runs?

Some people mourn the passing of the STFU button and other features that the BBS used to have. I would like to propose a new one though.

Could we have a translate button - a bit like they have on Facebook. You could swipe the whole of his text, press translate and.........hey presto, some kind of sense emerges?

    Or not.......

Regarding Moncur. Yes, he has talent but he only wants to play on his terms. We can't afford any player in any position with that attitude. Does he strike you as a player who loves to pull on the BFC shirt? Without the ball he's pointless. It's a cliche but...actions speak louder than words.

Moncur is talented no doubt about it. I’d love to see us get the best out of him and it benefit the team as a whole but I’m not sure it will happen.

Most of his best games this season have been when he’s come of the bench.

I like him but if he was moved on this window I’d accept it never quite worked out.

Thought he was poor today. It's frustrating again from him and lots of it from the crowd. Compare him to the younger Barnes or Isgrove then you see a gulf of difference.

Non of them love to pull on the Barnsley shirt. People like to sing that X,Y or Z loves Barnsley. It's not the case Atac. They love how much they can earn from BFC and where it will take them. The song people sing about Hammill, He's very much a Liverpool. Nothing against him for that but that's a fact.

Stones is a Barnsley fan, He'd do anything for Man City to beat Barnsley in a game.

Not sure why anyone would want to praise Fryers. He was adequate I guess which is an improvement. Moncur i was glad we signed him I saw a lot of talent in him. Unfortunately he does not apply himself.

Let’s not get carried away by a narrow win over an incredibly poor Sunderland team. We still need 6/7 players to sign that are plug in and play first teamers. Goalkeeper is clearly not a priority though a better back up certainly is.

    10 game run. Well?

Enough people know you are a liar and a coward by hiding and pretending you don't know about the thread. Is that how you wish to be known? As a coward who lies to defame the manager?

We play him too deep Chris. When in and around the box he will create things. He's wanting someone to run in behind upfront. Bradshaw simply can't physically do that at the level needed and Thiam's someone that likes to have the ball to make the selfish runs that 9/10 times will produce little.
