Also I’ll remind you of Alex Mowatt who has plenty of experience at this level but is shocking.

Why has Ashley Fletcher got credibility? Because he scored v millwall at Wembley? Or because he came from.man u academy? A 1 in 4 league one striker unproven in the championship but he is a world beater to some get a grip.

 

I know it's nice to spend other people's money but it' better to live within our means.

 

Why can't we sign the players that other clubs can? Why is the only source of income that we are allowed to talk about the gate receipts? Why isn't the millions upon millions from selling g the squad allowed to be included in how rich or poor we are?

Get absolutely fed up of constantly being put down and told we are a poor little club who will never amount to anything

Keifer Moore is an unknown quantity at this level. 11 appearances no goals for Ipswich. 4 in 20 for Yeovil. I hope he’s up to it and is good enough quickly enough.

Why would he? Fletcher has played fewer games and scored fewer goals than Moore. Fletcher is also not getting game time, is probably on more money, and would only be available on loan.

I personally think Moore is a considerably more sensible signing at present.

At least name some players with Championship experience who we can realistically buy and guarantee results from them.

Redstar said we need to sign players who are proven at this level? Middlesbourgh paid 7 million for a championship gamble in Fletcher season before Newcastle paid 15million for Dwight Gayle a proven scorer at this level that's the figures we are talking about.

 

Ah, but fletcher has proved that he fits "the plan" thats the difference, we don't know if moore will yet.

Why has he proved this? Middlesbourgh paid 7 million for Fletcher they will want a large amount of that back big gamble for a championship gamble.

You’re wary of the Moore signing and swaying on the side of it being a poor one.

I feel he’s very much what we need but understand like all signings it pay not pay off. Excited about what he can bring to the team though.

 

I’ve already replied to the suggestion of who do I want. I’m not a full time scout and I don’t watch much football beyond BFC anymore, hence I don’t know.

I’ve clearly said that I’d like to see a couple (or more) players in who have kicked a ball at this level and don’t have to adjust/adapt - we don’t have the time for more to do that.

If we can’t bring any in then so be it. It’ll be tough to stay up.

Also being misunderstood about Moore and the Austrian. They might be great, they might not but my point is they are unknown at this level
