I think you have gone completely off track with this or you've got mixed up with some of the responses from various people. Only thing l've seen about the Championship and French League being compared is by a guy who l think is based in France that posts on here saying the top of Ligue 1 is compariable to the Premiership and the bottom half is like the top of the Championship, he was excited by the player. There was a discussion about judging a player on who he's played against. I don't understand the comparison you're going on about.

I doubt BFC do their own pay roll. They will contract this out to a company, who most likely will ONLY do pay roll.

You are also using transfer spend as a marker of success. Wage budget is much more relevant. So unlike us they were able to significantly increase Brownhills wages not sell him.
