And yet never asked for a physio to look at him, didn't signal to the bench or even go over there and wasn't holding or rubbing his eye while strolling round the pitch. If he is the one who has made this excuse up for his lack of effort then I'd say he has no balls to match his lack of effort.
If the window ends up as this thread suggests we will be little better than when we started which is a shame.
Exactly. Not one for the future but to do a job and get us out of this mess so we can reassess in the summer. Pity he's not a midfielder although Gardner's coming up to speed now.
Just assume from now that I have no wish to ever involve myself in any ‘conversation’ with you. Kind Regards.
Not a problem. I enjoy talking about football and other matters bipartisan I have no wish to with you. Kind regards.
Of all the targets mentioned I am least enthused by Diomande. Hopefully he performs like O’Grady did when we signed him from a relegation rival.
Hull paid £1.7 million to his former club Stabeak so City must have reckoned that he was no pig tatey. Looks like he has suffered his fair share of injuries so most of his games have been cameo roles from the bench. We have to hope he will enthused with the prospects of resurrecting his career and we will have to see how he fares if he gets a run of games in our first team. He scored 3 in 11 in the Championship in Season 2015-16, 2 in 22 games in the Premiership in 2016-17 and this term he's scored 1 in the 12 games where he's featured for Hull this season. He's just under 6 feet tall and apparently can put himself about, so he could well form an effective partnership with Kieffer Moore and or Tom Bradshaw, if of course Bradders stays with us. Fingers crossed the lad comes good and weighs in with his quota of goals.
He scored loads of goals in Norway and has got a few games for our national side. He is strong, and if I remeber correctly, has some pace. He has the potential to do well in this league, but the same could be said about the last Norwegian striker to play for Barnsley, Markus Pedersen, and look how that turned out
Thanks for that NF. Yea I've been looking at his stats in Norway viz: 18 goals in 38 games in 2010-11 for HODD, 15 goals in 46 games for STROMGODSET in 2012-13 and 17 goals in 21 games for STABAEK in 2015. That record is undoubtedly what attracted Hull, but what I don't know is the standard of football in Norway compared to England. He joined Hull in 2015 and he's scored 6 goals in 45 appearances, so he's found it much harder although some of the games he played in, were in the Premiership. Looks to be worth a punt, but like anyone else, he would take time to bed in and find his feet. Let's hope if it does happen, it works out for them and us.
