I'm glad he's gone .. more so after the past day or 2.
Let's hope we can get a decent manager who can keep us in this division and on to the next stage ..

Terrific coach? Hmm, been one of the poorest since Jan 17 for me. Also perhaps if he'd concentrated on playing players in their best positions and not constantly messing with personnel and systems rather than studying for a degree he may have done a tad better.
My take, he hasnt been bothered about being Barnsley head coach to the best of his abilities since he'd been found out after the Jan 2017 fire-sale, simply because, hes not very good and has been shown to be so ever since.

Having watched that, and midway through watching, the Leeds owner had an interview piece on sky, I've zero doubt this has been weeks, if not months in the making.

Such casual use of "we" already, supposedly knows about the squad, a lot of smiles from Clapham welcoming players and other coaches especially. had a very familiar feel to it. Though most amusing was background footage where our former coach was barking instructions to players and not a single one was looking at him or paying attention.

If he gets off to a bad start, he wont make it to Easter. Misses the playoffs, he can spend the summer spending his big fat pay off. Also reckon that's the first time he's properly smiled this season.

Oh, and the owner said his main reason for bringing him on board was his personality!

Good. It must have been his form over the past season that swayed em..

    What's tha want him to seh? " oh he's a cant , that's why we've got him as 10th Leeds manager in 5 years"..lol
One thing hecky is good at is saying what the fans might want to hear.
Last bfc manager to go to beeston was Alan Clarke ..hope heckingbottom can do same as what he did theer

Where's this information from, Andy, old mate? The only names I've seen leaving for Leeds with Hecky are Jamie Clapham, Nathan Winder and Alex Bailey, who were mentioned on the official club statement.
