When was the last time we faced a Grayson side and thought "I wonder which team is going to turn up?" because you always know its going to be tough, when was the last time you thought that about Barnsley?
I get that, but how many times have you watched a Grayson side and said, **** me this is sh*te football.
I don't know how many games you've seen Grayson in comparison with the departed, for me I'd say the awful football the last year is far more than the handful of times I've seen Grayson I don't recall it being as bad as many teams we've played And for how crap Sunderland have been, aren't we only a point above them?
I can't remember the last time I saw us score from open play where it didn't come from a corner or a free kick. And I won't miss the big hoof from defence to Bradshaw..
We may only be a point above them, but when you compare their squad to ours then I would expect them to be way above us. Is that down to the players or the manager or perhaps both?
I wouldn' mind Grayson untill end of season a man with experience knows how to get results and that' what we need right now. Grayson is proven everywhere excpt Sunderland.
I fully agree that we need experience, I am just not sure or confident that Grayson is the man for the job. Who do I think is that person, I am not sure, but Grayson does not fill me with confidence. Each to their own I suppose.
Not forgetting the FOUR teams he's got promoted from lg 1 and stabilised int Championship. I can forgive a LOT of hoofball for that track record.
Fair enough I'd like nick McCarthy but it isn't going to happen is it. I wouldn't mind Grayson not fussed about monk spent a bomb at boro did nowt never done anything before that.
