    Done a great job at Luton and proved he can pull an entire squad of new players together and improve year on year. Bedded 8 new players in and finished in the playoffs last season. Missed out out in the final but then this year improved again and they are flying at the top of the league. We could do worse and his experience matches what we need imho.

    There is also Paul Hurst at Shrewsbury who's done a good job but he's a SWFC fan so if he did well he'd be another trotting off down the A61 first chance he got so no thanks to that one.

    Jones also got them away from the threat of relegation when he first took over. Ticks a lot of boxes.

    You say that, but even being a Barnsley fan apparently won't stop our manager trotting off the other way up the M1. Probably not worth worrying about!
