If this is a place where we can just throw insults about disabilitys about then I don't want to be a part of it. So i would just like to know if that is the case? I wont kick up any more fuss about it but if posts of that nature are allowed to go unchecked then I'll be off.
You do know you can report any post you see fit to do ? the site admin then send a private message to the offending poster warning them of their actions or place a ban on said poster.
Ok thank you, hit a personal note with me it's something I have to battle against often. Sorry if I've made too much of it and thank you for taking the time to respond.
Yes and i did but without any feedback on if that has happend I wasn't to know if any action had been taken.
Why has there been a public message to the poster that made the comment on the thread ? Or has it gone to him privately, which you will not know about ?
There a quite a few posts on the thread that are directed at RAC by admin including a video of the song “It’s All About You” by McFly, I think. My point is that if one poster’s odious comments are dealt with via a private message then why are another poster’s comments dealt with via a stream of confrontational public posts?
@Skryptic said something even worse about the same condition a few months ago and from what I can tell @admin never did anything about it. Horrible, horrible subject and if you knew anyone with the problem you'd know its not a laughing matter.
Maybe because he constantly kept having a go at the said admin ? Why was he so argumentative ? Why was he so confrontational? He was the one that caused it.
how do you know they havent private messaged him? You dont !!! I do have family with Autism and it is not a laughing matter, but you dont know what is said on pm !
Caused what? There’s absolutely nothing in that thread other than the aforementioned odious comment that warranted the attention of a forum administrator. Even if an administrator did deem fit to get involved you’ve commented above about the procedure for doing so and said procedure is a private message not a public confrontation.
