Watch him keep chasing shadows and misplacing 5yard passes and then praising mediocrity if that’s what stands up as a decent laiker these days.

Watched it online. I've barely said a word against him all season. he gave the ball away under no pressure time and time again.

Played well?! Wow. it is possible to say someone has had a bad game without them being a scapegoat.

Another thread is saying Potts is the scapegoat. Is it one of these two or is it any player who doesn't get smoke blown up his arse?

Whatever else he does, he needs to stop taking ***** shots from miles out.

    I didn't go tonight. It's a general point.

I watched the full game and thought williams was poor and i've been a fan of his. Potts did ok. Some powerful runs but poor shots. Looks more of a player centrally than he does wide.

He also built most of our attacks everything good starts from him, can’t understand how you can can say he needs dropping obviously every manager that has came in can see he’s a good player but a most of the fans can’t ??

Look, i've said I've liked him all season but thought tonight (and recently) he was poor. I think perhaps the lack of options might have kept him in the team like at times...

Tonight he was very poor for their second and yet another wayward pass almost cost us a third as hard as that would have been

He closes the player down and the player goes wide towards Lyndsey who should close him down I disagree with you he’s the pass at the end was poor but at the end of the day he was good most people could see it at the game most people are saying it on the way home now he played well our bringing out negatives when we just mached a team 3rd in the league and in great form do you ever have anything good to say ??

Look maybe we're all correct here, in that Williams & Gardner just doesn't work out well together. They seem to have a negative stifling effect on each other and this of course affects the whole team negatively.
So maybe in the run in we're going to have to accept one over the other!.

What are you on abart? I've said I think he's done well most of the season, so that is something good. I watched him give the ball away tiem and time again, usually under no pressure. I do like him trying to get forward. I've also said Knasmullner and potts did well. Mcburnie had a quiet game yet popped up with a goal. I also think we dominated second half and were unlucky not to get a point. Agian, had we done better for the second goal we might well have got that point or better that the majority of our second half performance warranted. But we have conceeded two poor goals. That is how it is, regardless of their position.

The main positive is that we are another game down and still not in the bottom three. We look more likely to score now than before with McBurnie in the side.

Yes and look at how well we did after that, and thats why Im suggesting we need one or the other. But not both together.

Ok. I’d like to see more of Knasmullner.

As I asked earlier in this thread, how much do we reckon Everton and/or Aston Villa would want for one of these two ?.
And if Knas is tiring even after coming on at half time, then we're going to have to be patient as he builds up his fitness.
Not forgetting Mallan & Moncur as well of course lol.

I think Williams in game positioning needs work, always appears to be chasing the game, but saying that he's a young lad.
Anyway how did knasmullener play?, did the attacking threat in central midfield work?

I think he looked decent when he came on. Seemed to tire but did look to move forward with the ball

I think with Williams you have to consider he is not the finished article yet & like all young players who are learning their trade , they have peaks & troffs in their form & its up to the manager/coach to bring them on in a structured fashion he sees best
