    Agree - especially the bit about players performing differently under a new manager - we could be in for a few surprises there.
    I can see a few post next season on the lines of ‘why couldn’t he do that last season’.

    Think this is a fair shout. I hope those players who've been heavily criticised this season (justified up to a point) are given a fresh start for a few weeks into the season. We are where we are, and I think we've got to get behind those who put on the red shirt next season.

    Do we have any of our own academy lads who could step up? Presumably Jacob Brown as one of them. At third tier level it'd be nice to see one or two home grown players in the matchday squads.
