Is it me or is this not played anywhere anymore? Used to be played to death up to no more than 10 year ago. All you hear at away games now is 7 Nation Army and Club Foot.

Would love this as our walk out music once more.

Used to send singles down my spine hearing this as a lad in the Brewery Stand.

Was played just before Timerider wasn't it, prior to the teams coming out.

Always makes me think back to Saturday Sport with Bob Jackson on Radio Sheffield too, was the opening tune for the programme.

Yeah I think they normally play the first 10- 15 seconds or so.

They play it but it seems to be much quieter than the god awful time rider!

We play Fanfare at every game, it’s on just before Timerider. Been that way for over a year now, since we got rid of Insomnia.

I find the players walking out slowly from the far end of the stadium before they line up to pointlessly shake hands all rather dull to be honest. No choice in music will alter that for me and I realise that is all beyond the club's control.
I just miss the players running out and straight over to the crowd.

Long may it continue yt ,everybody stands up round where I sit then start clapping to time rider , we keep chopping and changing music but imo we should keep the status quo and the boys are back in town when we win forever and ever amen

Same. Respect should be earned not a given, so it shouldn't be mandatory to shake hands. Also miss kicking off bang on three of clock as it's nearer three minutes past most games.

Agreed. Coming out of the North stand and taking an enforced stroll to the largely empty west stand kills the atmosphere

Nah, it's not that bad. I think we could do better though.

Loads disagree with you I’ve never seen three sides of ground react to any other music like they do with timerider

    Timerider is ****, but it's OUR ****.

Like Z-Cars at Everton or that Marc Knopfler one at Newcastle.

I love timerider at BFC, always did from when I first came as a kid. When it got stopped a few years ago something just seemed not quite right at the games!!
