Why were some of the West Stand gates closed?

    We had to go through a gate manned by a guy with a hand held unit, that barely worked.

    Ah I understand. I thought you were just calling a turnstile a gate earlier. Thought for a second that you West stand lot had usually got some fancy scanners that hadn't reached our side of the ground yet.
