The advert is over 30 years old. That was when we were playing in front of less than 500. We got about 3k for our name being used. It was supposed to be Tottenham but they wouldn't allow their name to be used. Most of our young supporters have never even seen the advert.

I remember it well as I was a kid when it came out. Didn't know that about Spurs. Hope you do well this season :)

I'm sure there'll be lots of his mates at the game. I thought he should have been given more of a chance at Barnsley he had an impressive debut . Scored against us for Shrewsbury.

Hi Stanleyhouse. Welcome to the forum, and congrats on your excellent start in league one.

I always looked for your results after visiting when you played Yeovil the season before last.

We sat with the locals and were made very welcome - even saw Bumble!

Really looking forward to our visit and meeting up with a friend we made at the game, Andy Dickinson ring any bells?

Yeah they should get them earlier enough to do one category per day and work down so like Fleetwood but without gap days. So say they go on sale on a Monday and start with six like you said it would be 5 aways Tuesday, 4 Wednesday, 3 Thursday etc.

SLO posting good stuff on here.... Fan zone marquee.... It already sounds like a super friendly club to visit, just my kind of place. Gutted that I've got zero chance of getting a ticket

Top effort from Accrington. Really looking forward to this one. Proper ground, proper fans, and the best Chairman in the league. What’s not to like.

So just heard on twitter (from the boss) that there is 2300- 2400 tickets for Barnsley fans.
Tickets for this game will be priced at:

    £20 Adults

    £15 Concessions (over 65s)

    £10 12-17 year olds

£5 Under 12s (please note any U12s must be accompanied by an adult)

Once again, the Redz Bar Marquee FanZone will be open to both Stanley and Barnsley supporters to share a beer, burger and live music in the heated marquee. Happy Hours are between 12pm to 2pm and for one-hour post-match, or Winner's Hour (subject to result).

Very limited car parking is available to pre-book, priced at £5 per vehicle. Payment must be made in advance to guarantee your parking space. These are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To book a parking space call the club on 01254 356950.

Please note that hospitality is sold out for this game.

That's brilliant mate. Decent amount of tickets there.

Is the fanzone behind your home end?

We have a fanzone inside the ground for home fans. It's really just an outside concourse.

The marquee for home and away fans is outside the ground near to the home end behind the main stand. (HMI recycling)
