"for the purpose of youth development as opposed to commercial exploitation".

In which case, the parent club should continue to pay the wages of the player. 100% of the wages. The club who loans the player is simply offering first team experience to help with the development of the player. Clauses insisting the player has to play a certain percentage of games must be outlawed. They will be selected if they're good enough. The caveat to that being if the player is available and hasn't played in 75% of games over a two month period, they can be recalled.

Put that in place, and I'm all for it.

Can we get a goalkeeper if Walton is out as it’s a special case mate?

well that's good and I stand corrected. The article on it coming back gave me the impression it was unavailable. Is Walton actually injured/unfit then ??

Heinz Muller was at Hannover 1997-2001, Daniel Stendel played for them 1999 to 2006.
Heinz is 40 now, an experienced goalkeeper Get him in

Translation: premier league teams are struggling to find places in their reserves for all the ***** they have hoarded now that they can't ship them out to the league clubs that they originally stole them from for peanuts as kids. My mate at the Premier league has offered me some lovely incentives to beg for us to be allowed to help them out again.

Wonder if Stendel asked Muller about Barnsley before he signed on the line?

    I know what you're saying, but I don't know that there's a need for a rule.

The loaning club has to accept the terms too.
