    I think we have to accept , whilst Davies has his faults, his 'match winning' saves to '**** ups' ratio is probably about 7 to 1 ( bearing in mind 73.2 % of Statistics are made up on the spot).;)
    He nearly cost a goal when he threw the ball up in the air to kick it up field unaware that a Scunny player was lurking behind him. Very nearly cost us that. Only a few minutes later he made a blinding 'point blank' reaction save.
    I do think he needs to command his area a bit more when we are defending corners and crosses but no one can deny he is an above average shot stopper.

    EDIT: referee inconsistent as usual :mad:

    I get the impression footballers take the piss out of each other so he might well not gave been aa offended as some on here might think. He had a cracking game, one brilliant save and has rightly put his Oxford mistakes behind him.

    What about the people who were screaming when Brown was correctly booked for handball are they ok?

    Was just a bit of humour no one was getting on his back or giving him grief. I'd hope they were fine with it the pair produced a massive gaff midweek and all they got today was one ironic cheer. If it were me I'd be amused
