Newcastle defender puts his arm round player and drags him to floor. Premier ref gives penalty
Doncaster defender grabs Pinnock and pulls him to floor , lower league ref ,no penalty
    Officials not up to job

No penalty for Burnley in their game and that was fairly stonewall. Still Burnsley never get them

No consistency is there.? Last night the Ref might have claimed he couldn't see it,
but you would have thought his assistant did and should have brought his attention
    to it.

The shirt pull on pinnock was ten times more blatant than the Bournemouth one.The ref bottled it last night.

I think that the shirt pull was very cynical by the Doncaster man. The ref was almost directly in fron of him with Pinnock in between him and the ref and the ref's assisted was on the far side with a lot of players in between. Any suggestions as to when VAR will be introduced into League One?

Can’t imagine it ever will. They will probably claim it would be too expensive for lower league clubs to implement I imagine.

I've got to agree with you. It may well come to the Championship depending how well it settles down in the apremier League. Are we likely to see goal line technology in Leagues One and Two? Didn't we take ours out when we were relegated last season?

Yep it was a requirement of us being in the championship I imagine it’s still there for us but just not active.

Was great when it gave us that McBurnie header against Brentford.

But shirt pulling isn't a "proper" foul is it, just like all the "hugging and cuddling" at corners and free kicks. If referees can't police a law properly they'll eventually drop it like Rugby Union did with lifting at line-outs
