    Watch on iPlayer, if you have any interest in music that is newer that the 1930's.

    I have about 50 of his records.

    RL Burnside. I was lucky enough to buy a bloody mary for in Leeds. He was 87 & was unbelievable.

    Ass pocket of whiskey or remix LP " COME ON IN" are indispensible

    I hope we don't have the blues after tomorrow. I think we will be OK. I'm away & going to be tortured watching it via player.

    What would be your blues track, not that we'll need it?

    Stormy Monday by the Alman Brothers is a favourite of mine. Came across this one quite recently and it has grown on me.

    When I was at uni the porter at our college had drummed for John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers. You would never have guessed, and he never brought it up but once you knew and brought it up with him he was always happy to talk about it and had some tales to tell.
