as a standard 10 / 12 year old. Macallum Highland park Edradour Hibiki The Singleton Long time ago was a big fan of Islays but laphroig tastes like parrafin these days. Funny how tastes change.
Got to say, I agree with all those, especially Macallum. Only issue I have with other whisky drinkers is that it has to be neat, no extras for me, but each to their own
Couple of drops of water in some to liven them up, nothing else though. Certainly no ice and certainly no mixers.

I'm a bit vague with wine. I normally stick with white, but I'm no expert. I like what I like. Customer put me onto a New Zealand Sav blanc, and I tend to stick with those since then.
I’m a wino at heart but do enjoy a drop of: Lagavulin Jameson Canadian Club Woodford Reserve Old Grandad
Dailuaine 16 Dalwhinnie 15 Arberlour Bowmore Tamnavulin Also got a cracking Glen Marnoch from Aldi.... Favourite bourbon Woodford reserve
Managed to get a bottle of cask strength 60% Caol Isla once...blew everything else I've ever had out of the water....better with just a drop of water than at full strength though.
Isn't that a bourbon (made from corn)? It's not a whisky (made from malted grain), it's a bit like calling a white rum (from sugar cane), vodka (from potato).
