    Against my better nature, I've taken golf back up again and am planning a trip with some mates and thinking about heading to The Limes.

    I used to be a member back in the early 2000s and wondering what the track is like these days?

    Has anyone played there recently?

    Do they still have that hole on the back nine where the green is at the top of a small hill? Hated that one

    I only play rarely these days, 7 or 8 times a year. Been to Limes a few times this year and was in really good nick for a municipal course.

    Played Silkstone last month and that was in immaculate condition!!

    Also drove up past the 9 holer at Midgley other day and that looked well too

    Had a go at it a few years back, played at Midgley and Woolley. Couldn't get past using a 7 iron for everything, Enjoyed it I must admit but to be any good I reckon you’ve to play weekly.
