If not, do we have anyone with much experience in the game at board level who will be deciding our next manager?
Don’t think so, initially I think it was guy with 20% (can’t remember his name) but when they fell out was replaced by GG
I imagine they will be using some statistical analysis again as they seem to believe it’s nothing to do with environment or experience.
Sorry about that. This won't help but I've just watched the Tykes TV video again. Supporting BFC has never been more difficult.
I clicked on the video and the first thing I heard was the word "Daniel" as sung by Elton John. I immediately turned it off and went to chop some onions.
It's a great video the part where the lads are on the way back from bristol singing brings back great memories. Watching the video and recent events makes me proud of the fans but not so much our owners.
I am told Bobby Hassell was key in interviewing and recruiting DS (after he was initially identified by the spreadsheet). Don’t think Bobby has much to do with anything anymore though other than his role with the academy.
Just to be even handed. You mean the same people that also set Daniel on and have we had it confirmed yet that he was sacked.
Nobody in an official capacity has said he has been, however there are credible posters on here saying he told them in Garrison he was.
I won't dispute that they made the right decision when they appointed Daniel but they ignored his requests for experience and made his job impossible which completely defeats the object in my view. Sacked or not, I don't know for sure; I don't really care either. The owners are the architects of this mess and only they can start to repair the damage that has been done.
Let's be right, if he'd voluntarily resigned he wouldn't be gutted, the players could have attended his leaving do, a proper statement could have been issued etc etc.
