Dont shoot the questioner but who do you think needs to leave in January...sometimes one game changes everything. I refer to bahre on saturday. much more effort and application than before bt still skilled football.
    names I hear are...
    Green.....niva got a chance
bahre.....too pretty wen we need muscle
    mcgeehan... headless chicken syndrome
cavare....which one will turn up tday
pilinos...bin good at lge 1 bt not nah
    j williams....lge 1 player not championship
    wilkes....got it dunt use it

you may name other's (mad mads ?) but these are in and around the 1st team..some like halme are growing into it bt learning on the job at this level int an option...personally i think ofcthe above wilkes has it..we just need to find it..

    Magic Mike definitely has it.

Only one i'd personally like to see leave the club is Dimi. All the others should stay aside from loans maybe.

But unlike the summer if any of our players leave we NEED to replace them with better alternatives.

Think Wilkes and Greens days a numbered mcgeehan to stay as a bit part player
Cavaré and Thiam to go as well if we can get sufficient replacements

Magic Mike to stay defo, big part to play this season, classy footballer.

Green needs to get out on loan to get more experience, think Dani still has it for this level, just might get overlooked with Ben Williams playing well and other alternatives. Wilks, got potential to be good at this level, just idle. Jordan Williams, he surprised me against Hull, always get scared when he plays but he played ace. McGeehan's days are numbered, think Struber's worked out that already.

Cavare, defo want to see him out, lazy and just doesn't turn up enough, Thiam I'd like to see go too, needs to get playing again.

Thiam and pinillos for the wage bill.

Any others I wouldn't sell but I'd loan out:

    Walton
Odour (if he's not getting a chance)
    Green
    Styles
    Simoes

These are all young and potentially great for the future. But it's doing them no good getting game time.

Think it’s unfortunate that wilks may leave. I think he’s definitely talented as he showed last season and he was a man mountain in the Fulham game.
I think he is clearly massively affected by morale and a run of wins as well as a seasoned pro taking him under his wing will unlock a very talented player. Feel we may be watching his performances after he moves on wishing we’d kept him.

I think if Struber has no intention of using him (and theres something about Wilks that makes me think he would respond better to some managers than others) he needs to go on loan to league 1 in January.

I would get rid of anyone who rarely if ever gets on the bench. If you cannot make our 18 man squad with the team performing as poorly as they have been, you aren't going to be good enough for the type of team us fans want to see play for us.

It will be a natural demotion where those who we don't see much of (Thiam, Pinnilos, Styles, Green, McGheehan) are sold, the cash used to bring in new guys who will hopefully start, some regulars demoted to the bench and some of our current bench demoted and in danger of being the next lot to be let go.

Sibbick, he's one I'd sell on too, or maybe loan out for the experience.

I wouldn't rush to get rid of anyone who could be useful next season in league one.

We need to add in key positions not shed an already thin squad, give the new gaffer time to work with the fringe players , who knows what could happen

We need 2 defenders and a big striker. If can keep the midfield working...we will structure a decent 11

Squad isnt that thin I think we need to replace rather than add - we have several players just not getting near the pitch and as said above if they cant even make the bench with the team playing as it has been they need to go - in the case of younger players - out on loan may be the right thing but for older ones we need to move them on

For me I would definitely look to move - Cavare, Thiam, Pinillos, McGeehan
    Loan Walton, Styles,Odour, Simoes,
Not sure loan or move - Green, Wilks

We carry too many players who will not get much game time this side of June.

Be it first team or U23s. Which can be argued they are one of the same.

The squad needs thinning out and replacing in key areas and layer properly rather than the summers shotgun approach.

Be it sales or loans of squad players.

I thought that, only trouble is then you risk upsetting the applecart with all the other remaining players on half salaries, if you know what I mean,

Woodrow, Mowatt, Dougal all saleable assets and likely to be at the right point contractually to get some money in.

Now if we are thinking of the on field push to stay up, which I'm not sure is the boards first line of thought then i would look at moving Green, Thiam, Pinnilos, Cavare. Would persevere with Wilks and McGeehan through this season. Cant fathom how McG has gone from a decent player to one who cant seem to make a pass or hit the target. I would look to strengthen LB / RB and centre forward positions and bring a couple of loanees into defence and midfield.
