    Home clubs since 2017 can set the price without question after the qualifying rounds. The rule where both clubs agree on a price finished a couple of years back. Although can be still used. But it’s up to the home club in the long run. Guessing Pompey reserved the right in this case.

    The article I read said that when Man ure played Reading in the cup at home last or season before they charged £45 so the Reading owners covered £15 thus charging their own £30.
