Just heard of a teenager in Barnsley being fined £250 for being out without a valid reason Police also turned up on my mum’s street to force all the kids playing out inside and fine the parents who allowed it
Just been to town to get some rations and there’s plenty of teenagers and homeless gathered together .
I saw it this morning....I'm not sure the police have the powers to fine £250. According to what I've just read.... £30 fine....more for non payment but you'd be looking weeks away for that to happen.
It’s the idiots that should be taking it seriously- the police should just be helping them to. For goodness sake, how hard is it to understand?
I've just walked into Leicester city centre and back, a round trip of about 45 mins, and didn't see a single uniformed police officer. At least Barnsley's police are taking it seriously...
I have a lurcher, who can not be let off near little dogs, got up at 5 a.m to take him so he could run some energy off,I walked to a field , he was running round enjoying himself, looked round police pulled up to see what we was up to
Secondhand account so probably 240 rounded up to 250 in the gossip. Respectable people who happened to know the numpties, so I believe them.
Benefits Food bank and then flogging it on. Some good old fashioned muggings Or popping your back window and lifting what they can flog. I’d not fancy living around Holden House right now.
Dunno but there were loads on Agnes road when the drug car pulled up, not seen owt like that since l took the old Punto through Knowsley Monkey enclosure.
The fine is £60 and reduced to £30 is paid within 14 days for first time. Then doubles for repeat, and again. If not paid at all results in magistrate court at some point. The very very sad thing is that Police are trying to save people’s lives and ASKING groups to disperse and follow rules that will save lives.... there has already been several cases where these groups / yobs are coughing at and SPITTING at officers - and then laughing... this is nothing to do with politics, nothing to do with Cuts, this government or any other ... its total lack of respect in society of decency amongst too many people, who feel they can do what they want and say “it’s because I’m under privileged “ and blame everyone else.
