    Darren, I’d heard BFC were ‘tracking’ you for a while before the season we signed you from Bristol City, Were you aware of our interest and would you still have come had we not won promotion to the Premier League?

    Dennis went from Barnsley to Qatar then back to Donny Rovers. Was he missing the South Yorkshire hospitality?
    What was it like playing in Qatar.
    What are his memories of the Liverpool and Chelsea games.

    Can’t see him doing any dirty washing. Isn’t he hoping to get a role at tarn. Be it paid or unpaid to get his badges.

    Certainly a good one Marlon. Re Barnard. I think he would have come back on bended knee. Given his next club ( Grimsby) paid him 10% of what he was on at tarn.
    Having turned down reduced wages at Barnsley. It Was September when he got the call from Grimsby.
    To add to that loko, Did he try to kill his agent for incompetence.

    Q. not sure if either of your parents are Welsh - I assume as you were born outside the UK you could play for any of the 4 Home Nations.
    If that's right how come you played for Wales?
    Did you approach Wales or did Wales approach you?
    What was Mark Hughes like as a manager?
    How often did the Welsh squad meet up before a match?
    Before each match the Welsh National Anthem was played - did you learn the words/sing it?

    Do you still have some involvement with the F A of Wales?

    Are you aware that Wales play two of their matches in Euro 2020/21 away in Azerbaijan - (third match in Rome.) Do you think that's reasonable.

    Probably best we ask the question than assume the answer?

    I hadn't heard that Denis Souza was trying to come back to Barnsley. Where did you read that? Looks like he's some kind of Ultimate Fighting obsessive these days in Belgium.

    I’ve seen that, one of the more random ex player destinations but fair play to him trying to work his way up coaching.

    following on from the earlier posting and queries about playing for Wales can a Taff ask the following additional questions -

    Why did you bother playing for 'little' Wales when you're not Welsh?
    How different was it playing for Wales compared to playing for Barnsley - was the crowd reaction towards you different?
    Some people say the Welsh are a 'funny lot' - how did you find them?

    For Souza, I'd be interested to know how Barnsley found him! A bunch of players around then that I'm not sure how we scouted.

    Big fan of Souza btw, great call to get him in!

    For Souza, how did he find Barnsley?
    Did he live in the area?
    Did him & the other South American’s / Spanish - Anderson, Diego Leon, Colace all socialise together & was it a big help there been a few of them
    together?
    Does he keep in touch with any of his ex-team mates from Barnsley?
    What was the cup run like?
    Did the wins over Liverpool & Chelsea make headlines back home, probably not nationally but locally where he’s from?
