Who knows, with everyone playing so well all of a sudden! 10 points would surely be enough, with teams playing each other... but maybe not!

Think we need to go into the last 3 games requiring no more than 4 pts max .

Nine more points should be enough, ten definitely.

I’d hope 10 is enough but too many of the bottom sides are playing well at the moment will be gutted if we go down on 51 points but the record is 54. Think we need at least 50 points to have any realistic chance especially now Middlesborough will probably get more than that

I think you can discount Middlesbrough and Wigan.

It's between Luton, us, Hudders, Hull and Stoke.

If Charlton have a tough run-in, they might get pulled back in as well.

It's the same every year - teams near the bottom start getting results that defy table logic.

We'll need 50 points to be safe. Which I think is just beyond us.

Beat Stoke and i'll change my mind.

They’ve got Brentford but that’s about it. They play Leeds and Wigan but they’re the last 2 games so will probably not mean much. They also play Reading and Birmingham, who are mid table fodder. Their other fixture is Millwall up next.

    I think they’ll be fine.

Charlton have Millwall, Birmingham, Reading, Wigan, Brentford and Leeds, some tough games there

I think to pick up another 10 points is ambitious personally. I think all the games will be tough, but especially Wigan, who are in great form, then Stoke and Luton away (no fans but still...). And I can see us getting a point versus Forest out of the last three games. Cant see us getting anything more than a point at Leeds and nothing at Brentford, who are flying. Would say 3 points at Stoke, 3 at Luton, 1 at home to Wigan, and 1 at home to Forest. 8 points. I really hope we pull it out of the bag and smash the lot but we'll see. 18 points anyone?!

9 needed to survive I reckon. 8 might just do it. At least 4 from next two games is a must I think.

Definitely pick up three points against Forest as they will be resting players for the playoffs. Hopefully Brentford might already have automatic promotion and be still celebrating or resting players for the playoffs

Hope so mate. If West Brom beat the Wendies tomorrow (fingers crossed!) Brentford will be 5 points behind them. I think the three horse race for the top two will go down to the wire. I remain optimistic but I'm worried where the points are coming from. Having said that, I never imagined we'd have picked up 7 points and 3 clean sheets from these last three games! Would be great if we did it

Stoke were apparently utterly, utterly terrible tonight.

I haven't seen the footage, but Butland apparently threw one into his own net...

Around about the 1:27 mark on this video.

The first 35 minutes was shots in with Stoke looking like they'd turned up to somehow get a point at Chelsea....after the goal they just hoofed it long in hope...awful stuff.

Would be lovely if he repeated that on Saturday. He's had an absolute mare with that. Bet Adam Davies had a little chuckle to himself from the bench.

Saturday is a key game I cant predict in this League but no one will forget this season for all sorts of reasons however it ends.

I don't think it's looking so bleak, as although you're bottom, you've closed the gap massively on the teams above. With Hull and Huddersfield in such dire form, beating both of them plus one more win from somewhere may well be enough for you. Reading are completely gash, and Blackburn and QPR will likely have nothing to play for. I'd love to have your run-in!
