Abbott number one; ex shadow Home Sec, black female. Had a few brainfarts but nothing a few Tory ministers haven't had in recent months. Subjected to months of racist and misogynistic abuse. Done lots of work relating to race relations. Abbott number 2; ex Aussie PM all round piece of ****. Racist, misogynistic, climate denying Tory lead candidate for leading our international trade deals. Britain today in a nutshell
Diane Abbott was and is completely out of her depth in the political sphere and I'm sure she's a lovely woman too, this is not a misogynistic or racist statement. The other Abbott is a complete arsehole, this is a factual statement.
Out of interest, given the amount of work he has done for the Aboriginal population through out his political career including supporting the first native Australian to enter Parliament as a sitting MP, what makes him racist?
And a decent singer https://www.youtube.com/embed/f9FNJ...arent&modestbranding=1&showinfo=1&theme=light
Abbott number 1; got absolute dogs abuse and publicly apologised for cracking open a tinnie on the tube. Reputation damaged. Tory number 2; got in a car and drove 25 miles to a castle to test his eyesight. Made a sort of 'sorry you feel that way' non-apology in the rose garden of number 10. Still in position.
You might want to also check what hes previously said about members of the Aboriginal population. He's an extremely divisive figure.
Only black girl in her comprehensive, one of only 3 black girls at Cambridge (and only one that was working class), first black female MP. Been an MP since 1987 and has taken her majority from 7600 to 33000 and held several shadow ministry posts. Fairly sure that makes her successful in the political sphere. You might have meant that she wasn't a great political leader or shadow minister - and perhaps I would have agreed with you - but you can't argue with the facts of her career.
No you're correct she's obviously achieved a great deal in her personal life against the odds, but politically, at the sharp end of government she's incoherent, bumbling, and a liability, my opinion of course.
She'd fit right in with this Government then. She must look back on that interview when she got all the numbers wrong, and wonder what might have been had she simply hid in a fridge.
Or if she'd made a much worse flub of the numbers while delivering a highly viewed and important daily briefing during the midst of a pandemic.
Well he's got the job, another masterful appointment. How many truly skilled negotiators have we got in this country that we had to appoint an Aussie bigot? He's a walking stereotype from a 1980s XXXX or Fosters ad.
Is that the same Femi who was filmed outside Nissan in Sunderland saying because of Brexit it will close? You can tell he’s lying coz his lips move.
