The worst time is when the cashier is talking at length with the outgoing customer. Come on.. come on..... get on with it.....
I read somewhere they are going to change that so you must stop for someone waiting at a zebra not sure when it’s coming in though
Hang on wasn't Will your flat mate? I've got friends who seemingly have no idea how to use tills. One goes to the self serve till scans it all and piles everything up on the side then pays and then starts bagging it up. Surely the idea is you open a bag and as you scan you place things in. Simples
He was my flat mate in 3rd year (and ever since!) I wonder if they’ve had problems getting the machine to accept the weight of their bag?
That's one of those that I absolutely hate. Can't stand it at all, it sounds like you say so American and weird. But whenever I think about it I'm like 'well yeah they're right on this one. It is a season not a series'. Still hate it though.
I think it's more that they're idiots to be honest. Poor Will. Described by the woman he adores as her flatmate still
Has to be people who use self check outs, bring their own bags and then empty every individual item onto the scale, pay, and then take out their bag and start putting every item into the bag. THERE'S A BLOODY OPTION FOR USE YOUR OWN BAG!! YOU ARE LITERALLY INCREASING THE JOB BY 100%!!! PUT YOUR F##KING BAG ON THE SCALE FIRST AND THEN GO!! Arrrrrrrghhhhh. Boils my blood every time.
People on social media who put of instead of have. Could of, would of, should of. Basic stuff, annoying as hell. It’s even in there today in a tweet from Match of the Day.
I think that’s what irritates me the most. That it technically is correct. I revert my answer to simply American language.
Another one. People who walk just out a shop door and just stand there deciding what to to next, as if they are the only people exiting the shop.
