    I liked John McDonald as well. Shame we didnt have him 10 years earlier when he was the best Striker in Scotland, when they were actually decent. His legs had gone when he came down to us. ******* funny bloke though, I was only about 13 or so when he was here but he used to have me in stitches.

    I used to think Broddle was absolutely brilliant, probably owing to the fact that he completely destroyed fourth division Bolton Wanderers in only the second or third match I ever went to, aged 9.

    Our first ever game on Sky, the year before they got the premier league contract and it was the only competition they had the rights for.

    I watched it in the old supporters club. It was rammed and when we scored, from the celebrations in the club you would have thought we had won the European Cup.
