Don't like listening to him speak, but for a Blunt he's a good lad and I wish him all the best. Hope tonight was the ring rust the commentary team mentioned over and over again and not a sign of father time catching up with him. He got caught with punches he wouldn't have two years ago and couldn't stop his opponent.

I don't get the hype to face Khan when neither have a world title anymore. But both have a chance to win one in their next fights and then it would make a fight next summer at Old Trafford for example, very interesting.

Worst I’ve ever seen him box. Whatever’s gone off with him & Dom Ingle, I hope he gets it sorted & works with him again

I think his career is close to over, hence the obsession with getting the Khan fight for the farewell pay cheque.

Last four years have included two defeats and two wins, with the latter against poor quality opponents. But then he only has one standout win in his career, and whilst he boxed brilliantly against Porter it wasn't dominent. Porter looks much smarter these days and would win a rematch.

Personal opinion but I think he's overhyped and never been the star that Sky Sports have made him out to be.

I think he’s still mentally effected from the GGG fight where he ended up with a fractured eye socket. Great payday for him, but for me, it was a career ending fight. He all about quit agains Errol Spence Jr, too.

On that performance, Khan makes light work of him.

I think his careers been badly managed. Stylistically Porter was the toughest fight for him when he won his world title & he defeated him but Hearn wouldn’t pay the money for a unification with Thurman, Vargas or Garcia. Instead he ended up been fed two divisions up to Golovkin to fill a Sky PPV spot when Eubank **** it.

I think he could’ve been brilliant, special talent in my opinion. The way he dominated European level fighters who should’ve been tests was pretty impressive. I remember Matthew Hatton & Ryan Rhodes saying he was a better boxer than Canelo for example.

Also worth noting he’s only lost to two of the very best in the sport. To me Spence is going to be at the top for a long time & Golovkin has been at the top for a long time. Both P4P top 10 in my eyes & he was competitive in both.

I don’t think Brook would beat Porter again at welterweight, he can’t do the weight well & there’s the obvious questions about his eyes. Needs to go up in weight really but with no unbeaten record to protect he’ll probably kill himself to make weight for bigger pay days.
