Forgot to bump and tell people, new swago board is active until 8pm on 29th May with a chance to earn up to 300SB. Each square you complete also comes with a set number of spins on the 'Spin&Win' wheel for extra free bonuses.

    The board:

I've done all but 2 squares of the Swago board as well, the ones to do with referrals. I was really surprised when I actually managed to complete a gold survey this time. It's usually one of the squares I don't fill.

Ha ha. You get paid Swagbucks for completing online tasks. When you've got enough, you can then exchange them for gift vouchers.

It's a free to join website where you complete surveys, watch videos etc. for giftcards to various places such as Amazon, Debenhams, Steam etc. or you can use it for cashback from online shops (I never bother with that though as tend to use Quidco). It takes a bit of effort but is quite profitable once you get used to the tricks to do each day. I've just bought a £250 graphics card last month from Amazon for the husband's upcoming birthday and I've already got another £75 in vouchers since then. I've made over £500 in just over a year.

Oh, I keep meaning to mention this but forgetting - there's a handy forum I discovered a couple of months ago where people talk offer tips and advice about Swagbucks. It's currently on page 199 so I obviously don't recommend reading it all ;) but I keep learning new things every day from it and I've being using Swagbucks for over a year. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5579623&page=199#topofpage

Looking at what you're earning, I definitely need some tips.

I found the time invested to return ratio was crazy, even being efficient. Ended up on another one that gives you straight up £3 bank transfer for each 10 minute survey and they even send out free samples of products to do surveys on had chocolate washing powder and that sort of stuff

I tend to do the '20 minute' 80SB surveys (the one with the grey i) and purposefully get kicked out on the long surveys and it'll redirect to 5min ones. I also use my husband's phone to run the videos in the mobile apps and as they reset at 8am you can run them twice a day which gives you 120SB minimum a day (without bonus rounds) for just running those in the background. Hitting your daily goals give good boosts and I also get SB from referrals which help.

Which site are you using now? Not sure I like the sound of chocolate washing powder though ;) I did get sent 2 lots of fancy Jo Malone body cream from Swagbucks to test which gave me 1250SB for doing both.

Which videos in the mobile apps?

Edit: Ah...I've just realised I should have put Swagbucks TV on my iPhone. I just had Swagbucks Shop and Answer.

Edit 2: Grrr...It's not available in the app store any more. I'll put it on my wife's Android

There are 6 phone apps but SBTV is far and away the best and quickest. You can earn 10SB on each app each day but they are resetting the apps at 2am and 8am so if you time it right you can run them multiple times in a day for an extra 10SB each time (I set it off when I get up so I get the extra SBs before 8am). I think I posted about them earlier in this thread with a link to which videos are the shortest to run (you can run the same video in a loop non-stop by favouriting it although the favourites have stopped working for some of the apps). Sometimes when you have earned the 10SB limit a message will pop up saying you can run a bonus round for an extra 2SB, this can happen an unlimited amount of times but it is random.

Edit: just checked it is post #17 in this thread.

so how many hours of your time do you reckon it's taken, to rack up £500?

Quite a few, I know as an hourly wage it would be pants but at the same time it paid for a good chunk of my Christmas presents in December, a £250 birthday present in May, and now £75 towards a new computer monitor so I'm still happy. I spend between 1 and 1/2 and 2 hours a day every day doing it but I'd only be messing about on computer during that time anyway and a lot of it just runs in the background whilst I do other stuff. For example, I've been playing videos on the husband's phone for past 45mins but we've been out in the garden having a bbq during that time and the phone's been inside on the table. I know electric's not free but I generally run videos in another browser on the laptop whilst I do my volunteer work (editing books in Word for blind and print disabled people) so I'm on the computer anyway. I just check on it every 10mins or so but it's not a hardship.

Monthly bonuses from daily goals are now ready to claim! Swago board ends tomorrow so don't forget to submit and use your spins. Also, forgot to say but some of the mobile apps changed recently - SBTV for example plays bonus rounds for hours (normally at least 30 in a row) but there are now 30 second unskippable adds between each video.

Those app-a-day offers are annoying me at the moment. I'm not getting awarded the Swagbucks most of the time.

I'm not sure which you mean? Is it the one where you download an app each day? If so, I don't do that. The only apps I use are the ones that play videos (listed earlier in this thread). A few are not working very well (e.g. EntertainNow) but some are playing bonuses non-stop all day (e.g. SBTV, Sportly).

Monthly bonuses are ready to be claimed :) How did you all do? 718SB for me and 684SB for the husband which makes a nice bonus £10.

Bump to say Swago is live and also about an easy potential 1000SB via discover on the homepage.

I saw this post on the MSE swagbucks 2017 thread and tried it yesterday and it tracked within an hour or so, we'll see whether it pays out or not but it only took me approx. 2mins. You just have to fill out a quote for motorbike insurance, no card details needed. I used my unused email address I use for all spam mail and an old sim number I have laying around.

'If anyone wants to try I got told yesterday by someone that they had received 1000 SB for filling in the form for a quote on the Bike Insurer (on discover) obviously if you have no motorbike you make one up, it asks for your reg number but you can click on where it says you don't know it and it then carries on with the form, just click onto one of the sites it gives you a quote for and then leave. It doesn't credit you for 28 days but the person who told me said they got it added on yesterday after having it pending for the 28 days. I filled it in yesterday and thought it hadn't registered but have just had an email saying it is pending and is due on 28/09 so for 2 minutes effort filling in the form it is worth risking having it paid, you lose nothing if it doesn't.'

I wonder if it has been removed. I can't find it anywhere.
