    I'd definitely go.

A trip to Wembley is a rarity, admittedly we have been spoilt over the last few years. 3 visits since 08 is pretty good going for any club, never mind a championship club.

I'd encourage anyone to go, we never know when/if we would go again. However I'm certain we will end up with summat like Swansea away on a Thursday neet, or summat.

A home draw would have been better, can't beat a packed Oakwell under the (apparently inadequate) floodlights.

Still got to beat Derby obviously, who will no doubt be keen to get though...it might give the crowd for that one a big boost as well.

Another hypothetical but if we do beat Derby, anyone feel like giving me a ride from Mansfield? It's kind of on the way, would pay for gas and all that. LOL

London has well over a dozen good quality football stadiums I'm sure they could have arranged a ground share with one of them if they wanted to.
Theres also the fact that they CHOSE to develop their ground in the way that they have. They could have done it in a way that meant the pitch was never out of action.

Not quite - we still have the trivial matter of beating Derby, who now have a lot more incentive to field a proper team

Further hypothetical question - if spurs got to the final would the final have to be played at another stadium otherwise spurs would basically have home advantage! Sort that one out FA

I'd imagine it would be at Wembley. PSG got to the French Cup Final this year but it was played at the Stade de France, not the Parc des Princes where French cup finals used to be played until 1997. We don't have a suitable alternative to Wembley although a trip to the Stade de France would be an attractive proposition..

They wanted to stay at White Hart Lane in a bigger ground which should be respected. They would have needed more land to avoid the stands overlap. They'll only lose a season.

If they follow suit with the draws, the final will soon be held in Beijing at 4am UK time. Suppose they could play it at Twickenham and upset the egg chasers.

Arsenal? Would you have ground-shared at Hillsborough for a season? The other two grounds are the wrong side of London. Spurs fans tend to come in from Hertfordshire. Wembley is a lot more accessible.

    Millennium Stadium
London Stadium (formally known as Olympic Stadium) unless West Ham get there as well
    Twickenham

If I had to yes - though comparing the Sty to the Emirates doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

Twickenham has 8,000 fewer seats and I don't know if it's been used for football where things like segregation matter. London Stadium has over 20,000 fewer seats. Millennium has 15,000 fewer seats. Plus you'd have to book the places well in advance and would look a bit silly if Spurs then got knocked out.

So their issue isn't that they CANT build without movingto the national stadium it's simply that they don't WANT to reduce their capacity for a season or two. The poor lambs.

Pretty sure when we built our new stands we lost half the ground.
