Still not sure why I'm not seeing one. Pearsons not good enough anyway defensively at lb and worse with the ball.

I'll be happy when I'm back in west Yorkshire

Think Pearson is good squad player but yiadom, fryers, and cavare will all be ahead of him when fully fit

Now thats one thing I DO agree with you on, good old West Yorkshire. :)

I don't think Yids will be here beyond January so Im not sure whether Hecky should be making long term plans on him, and Fryers will probably have to earn his place. Im guessing Cavare will be the first choice when fit, how is his injury at the moment.

So we replace a right footed footballer with a right footed player.

    Great

Ignoring the obvious. Pearson is limited as a left back. Good in the air and a honest trier with decent positional sense but zero attacking threat. I thought he was average today but never went missing and as they say put a shift in.

I didn't go. I went out for a drive in the country with my wife and mother-in-law, who at 84 has flown over from Germany to help me celebrate my birthday. There's life outside football, I dearly wish you'd try it.
