What ever you think about Brian and his opinions he is a passionate football man . Thank you Brian , enjoy your red .
Only the bitterest of rivals would fail to be moved by PCs programme notes. Brian might be a pratt at times but he comes across as a decent bloke.
absolutely MK.... our lass who knows nowt about football or its traditions read the programme note by Patrick...she has no interest whatsoever of football... but she filled up and had tears running down her cheeks. She does understand what the beautiful game means to many and how much Joy it brings and how much despair too. She sez she will never ever forget me arriving home at my Mums in Hoyland after the Bradford game in 97... she says the look of pure happiness and joy on my face filled her too with happiness... and that's what footy is capable of I guess. That's why we owe Mr Cryne a huge debt of gratitude.
We all pull radio dee dar down at times and get fed up of them bragging etc but we all bleed the same. Can remember a couple of years or so ago when Kevin a regular reds caller on Dee Dar died and tributes poured in from all callers old and new
