Just listened to a bit of Chris Wilder on Radio Sheffield

    Pretty sure we've scored about a dozen goals or more at home so far. Only failed to score twice in all of our games. I'd suggest it's further back where we need to be more wary.

    Dosent matter how many the opposition scores - as long as we score more.
    With 61% of play we should be putting games to bed.
    Prime example so far this season was the Ipswich game.

    Opposition players during a game will instinctively know that no matter how much of the ball Barnsley has - Barnsley ain't going to score.
    This breeds confidence in the opposition.

    61% of the play means nothing when it is mostly made up of passes from Williams to Pearson to Jackson to McCarthy, and then back to Williams etc etc. There was too much of that because Villa were filling the gaps so well, giving our players nowhere to pass forward. We could have had 80% of that kind of possession and still not scored.
