    1.0 or 5.0 it's still a loss , have some belief and go for it ,and I don't think we're not competent, but this he's worth x amounts mean nothing once your on the pitch ,

    What I quoted was bang on. We know we are in a league with teams who've spent big but that can't be the excuse every single time we lose. The worrying thing is that it's the absolute basics that we cannot do.

    We offer no threat up front with 1 attacker,especially if it's Bradshaw. We created a lot in play but it petered out, coaches have worked out how to play against us. If we are going to play 4_3_3,then it makes sense to play Ugbo central and Thiam wide,try to make the opposition work.I remember all the criticism of the previous manager for playing this system and how ineffective the team were.

    We weren't utter **** by a long way. Played some decent stuff this afternoon against an expensive wolves team and were unlucky to come away with nothing. McGeehans stupid header at fault at the end. Just headed it in to no mans land in our own half when he had two barnsley players free to head it to.

    If he was calling the fact that we blew it on 93 minutes just after scoring, then yes it was/is utter w*ank. If we'd shown some ambition from the start and not pratted about with Bradshaw on his own yet again, then by the sounds of it we could genuinely have won it today.
    Wolves didn't sound like a top 3 team did they, and they certainly didn't deserve to win that.

    we need a striker, not a slow bradshaw, a young kid or a unknown french guy.
    we played some alright stuff for half a season in league one, lost lots by the odd goal when we were unlucky not to get more out of the game but were still bottom of the league come december. the Championship wont be as forgiving as league one was

    I'd rather us be playing well and losing than playing ***** and losing. Everyone keeps saying wolves were poor today but that's because we stopped them playing for large parts of the game.

    i watch the game they were *****. lots of unforced errors. we did ok but never looked like scoring, were toothless. if we just try to stop a team playing for 90 mins without creating owt of note we will inevitably lose

    we never looked like scoring! apart from the goal we scored? I also watched the game and I watched us make them look *****! hassling them, forcing mistakes etc. We didn't have a load of chances but what are you expecting at playing 3rd in the league away from home.

    No we wont! but we wont be playing wolves every away game. I'm not saying we should be as cautious as today when we play Milwall, but I understood the setup given the opposition.

    Didn't we take 4 points off an aston villa team that cost much much more last season (just one example of many)
    This is not an excuse.
