Haha the atmosphere and trouble at Wembley was caused by Barnsley - but Millwall sorted it because they are harder and there were more of them. Was it our fault the numpties raided the pitch this year when we were hundreds of miles away too? Pillock. Barnsley’s fault what went off in our game...

Yes that’s what I saw. No animals running half the circumference of the upper tier to punch their way through stewards to get to no more than a few dozen isolated fans, many of whom with kids retreating away from any issues. No. No ripping chairs off and chucking them, coins and lighters at kids.

No grown men throwing glass lager bottles full of piss at my (then) eight year old over a cordon of the mets ‘finest’ (who did **** all about it).

No skinny, seemingly pissed or pilled up idiot getting lairy in Wembley Park tube getting right in the face of my son - I’ll be fair, he was dragged away and issued a bollocking by one of his own, who said ‘not to little kids you ******* idiot’. I was quite pleased with that in hindsight as I was about to drop him, you don’t do that to my kids and get nothing back, but it would have been daft, I’m no fighter and was both outnumbered and would likely have been arrested for it. In that second though I was raging. It was calmed by another Millwall fan. Got the feeling if I didn’t have my son with me it’d have been decidedly different.

Its not all of them though. Not close. I actually then got on a tube with a fair few Millwall fans as I had a load of time to kill before the train back, so instead of a metropolitan line back to kings cross I got on a jubilee to Westminster and showed the lad a few sights for an hour or so.

We were both dressed in Barnsley shirts, had ‘wall fans all round. Other than a couple of ‘well played’ and ‘see you back after a season’ comments, not a word. Few dirty looks, nothing much more. Mostly silence and a quiet atmosphere.

Any nastiness yesterday? They don’t react well to getting beaten. You’d think they’d be used to losing by now - it’s not like they win every week at this level. Can you imagine if our idiot element lost it every time we lose?

I think someone should report that site. Full of hatred.

I've now been to most grounds in the football league, and never feel threatened going anywhere.

I'd been told that things are different at Millwall, family club etc, but the police operation there yesterday says it's changed little since the days of the old ground.

Police and stewards all over behind the away end. Dedicated route from the railway station. Grown men gesturing to the coach as we neared the ground.

    New home, same mentality.

The authorities did absolutely f*** all about what they did at Wembley so I doubt very much that anybody will be remotely interested in doing anything about a thugs forum.

Most Millwall fans are so thick, they would read this post, not get the sarcasm and think you were agreeing with them.

You lot want to have a good hard look at yourselves before dishing all these at Millwall fans.
Its hardly their fault, people with special needs are in need of help and education (OK in their case firstly how to mix with normal society) but its not their fault they come from the equivalent of a third world background.
In fact I am reliably informed they are in line for monetary aid for Community Unification of Notifiable Tourettes Syndrome

You're right. I now regret my earlier posts and feel very humble.
