totally ***** each and every one of them... and if some one dares to tell me that Kane is world class then I would ask them to go see a shrink... and do not even get me started on Rashford.

Tbf do England really need to win this game? Having said that it a bit of a borefest.

Sums up what the Premiership would be like if it weren't for the foreign players.

It's football, remember.. Who, what, when, who gives a flying fck?
Just be grateful that you follow a lovable, unpredictable, interesting, cuddly little club like Barnsley. You hapless little losers... :)

I looked at a recent side barnsley put out. I think we had 9 or 10 out of 11 english players. Reckon they could do better with a couple of additions.

Its another Wembley win for us/England isnt it, and its a win whether the goal came in the 4th or the 94th minute. We've won the group fairly comfortably as well so come on lets appreciate that at least.
Qualifying was our main aim to begin with and we've done that. I agree that it was another poor group which we should have won easily anyway, and whether Gareth Southgate is the right man, that is another argument altogether.

I wish we were a bit more direct. Pass it between defence and midfield for a couple of minutes before eventually losing it in the final third having not really created anything.
Why not just skip those two minutes and play a couple of more direct forward passes. If the ball is in the final third more often there's more chance we'll get a bit of luck and it will fall to someone to put it away. If we lose it, there's a good chance we'll still retain possession as they scramble it away.

It's just dull watching the defence and midfield play little triangles.

Comment I made to our kid.

It's like watching barnsley under keith hill. Why make 3 or 4 passes when 25 will do and back to the keeper.

Not meaning I want to see a team full of long ball larries (sensible soccer for those who remember it) but it was boring.

We made hard work of it.

The only player I thought might give a bit of excitement was rashford

Yes Nez I do remember playing Sensi Soccer on both my Atari ST & Amiga 1meg consoles in the early-mid 90s. (I got the Amiga and sold the Atari by the way, becaus the Amiga was arguably better!) :)
But let me say something controversial now and I know I might be banned on here for this.... but Kick Off 2 was a better footy game than Sensi Soccer, and there I said it out loud. lol.

Oh... I agree. Kick off 2 was my all time favourite.

I had the thing for years even when it was something that was looked at as behind the times. I kept my Amiga just for that game years after everything else was all the rage.

I'd still sit and play it now had I got the set-up.

It was the best game of ever played. Nothing will beat that thing :)

Exactly, I loved playing matches at non league level against International level to really test myself, and I could barely even win a free kick or a corner, let alone win any matches lol.
And I liked playing the game at 50% speed because full speed was way too fast, although you did have the replay and save function when it was on full speed.
