Greatorex played brilliantly today I thought. Some outstanding saves, and his kicking was very sharp. Seems like he has a bright future ahead.

Alex Mowatt was a 58th minute substitute for Oxford United in their 1-2 loss to Walsall

Jack Walton made his Stalybridge debut but endured a nightmare debut as they lost 0-4! Hope he wasn't at fault for any goals!

Alex Mowatt tonight made his first start for Oxford United but was subbed after 67 minutes as they lost 0-3 to Bury

Jack Walton played again for Stalybridge as they bounced back from Saturday's defeat with a 1-0 win over Halesowen Town

Alex Mowatt was an unused substitute for Oxford United as they picked up a superb 4-1 away win at Peterborough

After conceding 4 in his first game, it's now two clean sheets in a row for Jack Walton as Stalybridge drew 0-0 with Altrincham

Also saw a tweet today saying Dylan Mottley-Henry is joining Tranmere on loan on Monday. A good chance for him to play some competitive first team football

Hope Mowatt gets some game time soon. Otherwise he may as well have stayed here and be coached by Hecky.

Good news about Mottley-Henry. Has the pace and trickery to be a great little winger. Just needs to time in misters football and to get some better decision making into his game.

Mowatt will have to get into their side soon otherwise I can't see him being at Oakwell next season

He's been sent out as essentially it's down to him to prove he wants it

Tonight Alex Mowatt started and played 80 minutes as Oxford United drew 2-2 with Brighton’s U21s in the Checkatrade Trophy; Brighton got a bonus point by winning on penalties

Stalybridge’s good run with Jack Walton in the side continued as they won 3-1 tonight over Whitby Town - he played the full game again

Dylan Mottley-Henry made his Tranmere debut as a 41st minute sub. He had a great debut as he provided the assist for their winner as they beat Leyton Orient 2-1

Today Alex Mowatt was a 71st minute substitute in Oxford United 3-0 win over AFC Wimbledon

Dylan Mottley-Henry played the full game for Tranmere but unfortunately couldn't inspire them to another win as they got a disappointing 0-0 draw with Chester

Stalybridge Celtic's fine run of form with Jack Walton in goal continued today as they beat Matlock 4-1. Several other ex-Reds in their side: Liam Dickinson and Jake Charles scored, and John Cofie also played!

Liam Dickinson. A waste of £150,000 by Mark Robbins.

Tonight Jack Walton's Stalybridge Celtic couldn't maintain their good recent form as they were beaten 3-1 by Marine; Walton played the full game again

Alex Mowatt was a 70th minute substitute and scored his first goal for Oxford United: the winner in their 1-0 victory at Bristol Rovers as they moved into the League One play-off places

Dylan Mottley-Henry started again and played 68 minutes before coming off with cramp as Tranmere booked their place in the 1st Round of the FA Cup with a 3-1 win at FC Halifax Town

Jack Walton kept another clean sheet as Stalybridge picked up their 1st away point of the season with a 0-0 draw at Grantham

Alex Mowatt started and played 77 minutes for Oxford United in their 1-1 draw with Charlton

Jack Walton didn’t play in Stalybridge's Integro League Cup game with Ramsbottom which was postponed anyway after around 65 minutes due to floodlight failure!

Today Alex Mowatt started and played 64 minutes in Oxford United's thrilling 3-3 draw with Rotherham

Dylan Mottley-Henry played 61 minutes as Tranmere lost in the 95th minute, going down 1-2 to Aldershot Town

Jack Walton played again as Stalybridge's impressive form with him in the side continued with a 4-2 win over Barwell. Unless the loan is extended, that will be his final game for the club, as the month is up

Tonight Nick Townsend made his Solihull Moors debut and it was a great start for him as they won 2-1 at Eastleigh

Another 90 minutes too for Dylan Mottley-Henry in Tranmere's 1-1 draw with Hartlepool

Today Alex Mowatt played 76 minutes as Oxford United lost 0-2 to Fleetwood Town; both goals came after he went off

It was a day to forget for Nick Townsend and his Solihull Moors side as they lost 0-4 to AFC Fylde to remain rooted to the bottom of the National League table

A much better day though for Dylan Mottley-Henry as he played the full game and scored his first Tranmere goal, the 4th, as they beat FC Halifax Town 4-2. That is the last game of his initial month, so we will have to see if it is extended. I reckon it would suit all parties for him to stay there personally

In fact I've just seen it's been verbally agreed for him to stay at Prenton Park until January. Also got MoM today
