No, they can shove their £36 up their arse. I'm not paying for another tarpaulin to cover up their rusty shed.

Unfortunately I'll be laid on the beech in Lanzarote, unless it's live on one of those foreign channels in which case I'll be in the boozer

At £36 a pop.....NO! It’s about time the football league capped away ticket prices the same way the premier league has.

It's about time a club such as ours refused over-priced tickets...instead of joining in the rip-off.

    £20's plenty for all clubs.

Refuse them? We charge the same. Would be a bit hypocritical.

That's what I meant with "joining in the rip-off".

I've not been to Hillsborough since the Frimpong game when we lost in the last minute. I've not been to Elland Road since the 3-3, with Matt Hill scoring a belter. Shackell and Trippier also scored. All down to price. However, I think I'm going on Saturday, against my morals and better judgement, as it is the only game I'll get to attend until Brentford in December. So it's an excuse to meet friends and have a day out. It only partially justifies the obscene price, which I still find difficult to stomach paying, plus it goes against what I always preach about fans paying too much.

The frustrating thing about our following on Saturday is that we'll take too many for it to be obvious we're making a point by not attending, but not enough to generate the sense of occasion a derby usually does and to avoid looking 'tin pot' to those who don't get it or know the prices.
