Yes but not as close to the stadium as grove street and the houses behind.

Also I'd have thought Doncasters ground held the noise in a bit better as it's fully enclosed, but might be clutching at straws there

Good one them if they have. Googled when the final is it's December 2nd away at Bolton and the saturday before we are home to Leeds. So plenty of time in that week to put down a pitch covering, put up a stage in front of the north stand and give free entry. The costs of putting it on can be made back on refreshments.

If people don't want noise they shouldn't move so close to an entertainment venue that's been there over 100 years.

And some of them might have bought houses to be near the stadium. Doesn't mean they want to listen to concerts.

Tell them to move home if they don't like it. Half man half biscuit would tear oakwell up man.

2 - No way do we need a new stadium

    4 - What's not "proper" about Redfearn's?

5 - Totally agree, club shop is an embarrassment.

7- God no, no Old Firm anywhere near BFC, thanks!

Notts County. Now THAT'S a supporters club, and open to away fans when Forest are at home too.

That should not stop the club from doing it. They knew what they were getting into when they bought a house next to a stadium i'm afraid

Haha are you joking? We run out of pies at 3.15 most saturdays. Our refreshment kiosks wouldn't cope with anythin g with a full house.

I want us to continue with our same strategy with the same coaches who are doing a superb job throughout the club with hopefully just a little bit more investment without risking our long term future

Fleetwood is a excellent bar. Redfearns do incredibly well with the hand they are dealt with it not being an actual full time bar place. It's a shame at the ground we don't have something like the town centre do with Premier Inn and Glasshouse next door to each other. The bar would have to be bigger than Glasshouse though and on a couple of floors like Brammahs to cope with demand. We'd make a killing and cops would love it as their job would be made easier by people leaving the town centre and drinking arriving at Oakwell hours before they normally would. Could have a museum part to it so local schools can come down and the children start to love their home team before they get distracted by premiership influences.
