    He's turning into a really important player. Seems to be improving quickly given such a big step up the leagues.

    Gardner still to come in to challenge in centre as well. Lots of options in CM.

    Glad Izzy got some minutes too. And Yiadom and McDonald.

    Been his biggest critic, but he made a big difference when he came on. Really gave the midfield some steel and won a few important headers.

    I got slated a few weeks back for saying how crucial he is to this side. Good to see a few of those who disagreed with me actually giving him some praise today.

    He drives us forward, we also look far better with 5 in midfield. I would still like to see Thiam start inn the 451 formation.

    Brad Potts changed the game. Strong powerful performance which we needed after a no show in midfield in the first half.

    I've never understood the criticism.
    I rated him highly before he came, he's needed a while to settle but he's brilliant at driving the team forward and will only get better. Made a real difference when he came on yesterday. Glad he plays for us.

    No me neither - as soon as I saw him I thought we have a player here.
    When he gets the ball the bugler sounds the cavalry charge.
    If Williams anchors the midfield then this allows Barnes, McGeehan, Potts, Hammill to get forward.
    Two strong lads like McGeehan and Potts take some stopping when they are bombing forward from centre midfield.
