Not for me, we,ve played better and not won as convincingly, and not even won. It was very comfortable today, but, I’ve seen us play better though. Having said that, it was as enjoyable a win as the others are.
I don't understand this post. Agree with that - it wasn't the best we've played. It was our easiest win though.
Agree with this. In some ways it's hard to play well when the opposition are so poor though. Birmingham Hull and Sunderland have all looked relegation fodder though somehow Hull got the points Another good thing is we kept a clean sheet!
Birmingham have some quality but as a team unit they were poor . I'm over the moon with the win but we still look wide open at the back.
Thought we played well first 30 min or so. Second half we just managed the game especially after we got the 2nd goal.
I thought we were better against Ipswich & Hull in games we lost. I think we had 2 players in Isgrove & Potts who performed quite poorly compared to what I’m used to seeing from them & we still won comfortably which is a great sign
Quite interesting that of the six games that we have lost, all but one of them were against teams that now occupy five of the top seven spots in the table. The other loss was to Hull in a game that we ought to have won had we been able to hit the proverbial cow's arse with our banjo. With games against teams in and around us points-wise coming up we seem to be entering a key phase, improving and with confidence good.
As the game wore on and the legs became weary after three tough games in a week I thought that in the latter stages Williams should have been told to sit in front of the back four .
