So you can't protest peacefully now? It's time more fans made their feelings known publicly about stupid prices
Suppose it depends how real the fakes looked :p

Same club that are charging 90 Euro for the short sleeved shirt(100 euro for long) . Why are they more than Manchester United ? Manchester United with Addidas charge £60 or £70 (full price) and have a sale on at the moment.

Why aren't Bayern and the German teams charging 90p or whatever in Euro's a ticket like the team Chelsea played the other day?

They have general tickets at 100Euro 80 Euro 60Euro 50euro and 30euro. The avg in the cat's 60 Euro for champions league football.

    They do my head in.

UEFA, FIFA. Don't give a toss about fans. Purely there to generate cash for themselves and massage their own egos.
    Disgusting.

Nothing will change until fans stop paying. It's futile to protest against ticket prices inside a ground after paying the price of the ticket.

FIFA, UEFA, The Premier League, The FA, owners and the clubs know they can squeeze the pips out of fans without consequence.

We're quite fortunate at Barnsley, it could be a lot worse.

You can protest peacefully but can't throw anything onto the playing surface, that is asking for trouble. Protest against rip off prices by paying it to protest against it.

They paid though, presumably. Paid to attend the game, protested, then got fined. The powers that be will be laughing.

It's very hard to tell football fans to not go to watch their team. I paid to go to Hillsborough, so I'm not exactly practicing what I preach. But the ONLY way to reduce proces is to stop going. It's all about the product nowadays and how would it look to those that matter if half the grounds were empty? A massive game, perhaps Chelsea v Man Utd... empty away end. Manchester derby, half full, empty away end, no atmosphere. Leeds v Villa, again no away fans, no atmosphere... it wouldn't take long for the clubs to do something to stop the damage to their 'product'. But fans keep going regardless. Every away end packed, even in our league. Leeds charge £36 but Boro took about 3000 last week. 4,600 Leeds fans have paid £36 to come to Oakwell on Saturday. Nothing will change until the fans stop going, which is very difficult, but perhaps necessary.

I guess the thinking was that in order to get the message seen, they needed to be inside the ground. Not that I disagree with you. It's a bit like drinking in an overpriced bar and the sticking a sign in the window complaining about the prices, while continuing to consume the beer inside.

I know when Bayern played Arsenal the other year the club part paid all of the allocation so the Bayern fans only paid €30 themselves so i wonder if the same happened here which is why so many attended?
